The Neopies are voted on each January by Neopians to determine the best (and worst) from the previous Neopian year. Select categories are presented by TNT, and the Neopies Host will present you with the finalists in each category.

Rare Neopets
As part of the Year 21 Neopies, a raffle for NC items was held at the event's closing gala. The VIP Raffle began on February 18th, 2020 and ran through February 24th, 2020. The event's tickets retired on February 26th, but the event may live beyond that for those who already had tickets.
